Wild Camping Maduwa | Madu River island

Now you too can camp safely and comfortably on a beautiful Madu Ganga Komaliye Island which is another beautiful Tourists Destination in Down South...

So how does it work?

We will take you safely to the camping site by boat to Maduwa Island... You only have to come to Balapitiya city by car or train or bus. While traveling by boat to the island, you can observe 64 islands in Madu Ga. Among them, Kuruduwa, Satapaha, Kurulu, and Kotduwa Rajamaha Vihara are special. You can also walk through mangrove caves and see crocodiles.

We provide 2 meals

(Dinner, Breakfast)

An afternoon tea and a morning tea ☕️ are given.

Pitch a tent to stay the night.

Leave the tables and chairs,

light set,

Make a bonfire,

You can also add a BBQ for dinner.

We will do all this and our staff will be with you for your safety

Eat chicken, fish, sausages, rose bread with butter for BBQ....

If you like, you can add prawns, prawns and crabs to the BBQ.

Toilets, Showers, Parking Facilities are all there... and if there is a sudden rain it is possible to use the clay house there.

Those of you who go with us can also go on a boat ride in Madu river, during the 2-hour boat ride, you can learn about the products of Kurud while drinking a Kurud tea, and you can also enjoy fish therapy (foot massage), see many islands, and visit the Kotduwa Rajamaha temple, which is of great historical value.
